RTO 628 with Conveyor feeder Pipes with a length of 6 meters are fed to the cutting machine via a step conveyor. After the cutting process, the different lengths can be sorted into different containers.
MODULAR DESIGN
The systems for chipless tube cutting can be individually equipped with a bar feeder for manual loading or for the separation from coil fit with a straightening unit.
CHIPLESS CUTTING
The chipless cutting ensures that no dirt appears in the tube and the production. Throughout the separation process the tube remains to some degree closed inside and is then pulled apart. It will also prevent the dirt from entering the tube during the separation process.
DIFFERENT TUBE LOADING CONCEPTS:
The transfluid t cut machines also have very efficient peripherals, which make it possible to process, for example, small numbers with a loading table or as bundles with automatic feeding and separation.
FLEXIBLE RELEASE:
The sorting of the tubes that have been cut can be done with different removal devices: they are grouped and removed at four or eight positions. If necessary, each individual tube can be labelled, to make sure that the tube is identified correctly at each stage of the process ahead.
