Crippa Clever Series Fixed

CNC tube bending machine with full automatic cycle. The CLEVER FIXED is a tube bending machine from the CLEVER series with double bending directions and single head for steel tubes up to 25mm in diameter. The bending head moves vertically and rotates on its axis until it reaches the position of the tube in the groove. This reduces production time and simplifies the production process. The right and left bends are done on the same bending former equipped with dedicated planes. The bending direction is reconfigured automatically and controlled by the 8 CN axes of the machine, governed by a CNC Siemens 840D sl. The axes simplify the positioning and release operations, thus optimising the paths. The bending head moves vertically and rotates around its rotation axis to position the tube in the groove. There is also a pneumatic balancing device that reduces power consumption during vertical movement and a system for rapid retraction of the tie rod. Programming is done using simplified UII interface software. The machine can be equipped with several optional accessories and can be connected to the “Crippa I4.0” production control and performance systems.
