Description
CNC tube bending machine with full automatic cycle. Compact and versatile, the new 114LE is a tube bending machine that can satisfy most of the production demands received from the market, which normally do not include additional processes in the cycle (such as cutting, for example), nor the completion of extremely complex geometries that require several bending planes. This machine is designed to be extended, with or without a recovery cycle, and it can be easily integrated with devices for automatic loading and unloading of the bent tube. Multistack and multiradius, it is able to bend up to three 114mm planes, also with thrust bending. It is also equipped with a direct transmission 75000N booster. The machine can also produce bends with CLR/DIA ratio even lower than 0,8. All movements flow through recirculating roller guides and high load thrust screws are positioned behind clamping elements, a solution that increases machine rigidity and precision. Moreover, the bending head pneumatic support system guarantees energy savings and higher efficiency. The 9 controlled axes that govern the machine movements are driven by absolute digital motors with “Full Electric” technology managed by CNC Siemens 840Dsl. The operator can interact intuitively with the machine using the UII “User Iso Interface” three-dimensional graphic software on a 19” LCD touch screen. The UII “User Iso Interface” also facilitates programming and allows the operator to simulate and optimise bending programs. This model is also designed to be integrated into “Smart Factory” work systems.
