CNC tube bending machine with full automatic cycle. The 170HE is a completely electric tube bending machine designed to process tubes in mild steel, up to 170mm in diameter and 12mm in thickness with Direct Drive technology. Its fifteen axes with Full Electric Technology are managed by a CNC Siemens 840D sl and ensure maximum precision during the bending phase. Equipped with latest generation absolute servomotors with integrated feedback and diagnostics, this massive tube bending machine has a vertical excursion of 950mm. Therefore, it is able to accommodate several levels of tools, which allows it to make multistack and multiradius bends in the automatic cycle. Rigidity and precision make this machine ideal for heavy processes, also for tubes with large thicknesses (6” sch.80). In spite of its impressive dimensions, the 170HE uses Green Power to obtain extremely low energy consumption. Furthermore, its ergonomic configuration guarantees maximum comfort for the operator. The operator can use the three-dimensional graphics software on a 19” LCD touch screen to interact intuitively with the machine to program, simulate and optimise tube bending programs. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
