Description
Tube bending machine with full automatic cycle. The civil and industrial heating and air conditioning sectors have gained much in recent years from the new technologies that have become available (such as condensation boilers), and from environmental demands that require increasing levels of attention for energy efficiency and pollution. The answer to these two needs causes us to take a more complex technical approach, which brought us to design a dedicated product. The 942SE is a tube bending machine specifically dedicated for making coils from bars with the mandrel. It is the response to these demands and the arrival point of decades of experience that Crippa has in the HVAC sector. A patented system for loading the rear tube and the push bending phase with the mandrel ensure active control over the entire process, and the creation of precise, high-quality bends. A CNC Siemens 840D sl controls the 2 tube drive axes, while the rear advancement is run by a motorised drive with rollers. The machine also has a double front positioner that guarantees a constant level of thrust which makes it possible to optimize cycle time. The vertical opening device of the bending heads facilitates the unloading phase and the processing of profiles that are not round. The machine has a minimum of 10 controlled axes which the modular formula allows to develop to work on very long profiles with a continuous thrust process. This tube bending machine is also designed to be integrated into “Smart Factory” systems.
