CNC tube bending machine with full automatic cycle. The 225HE is a completely electric tube bending machine that can perform multistack and multiradius bends during its automatic cycle. It is the largest machine in the world of its kind, created to withstand heavy workloads and particularly stressful production cycles. It is able to bend tubes up to 225 mm in diameter and 12mm thick in mild steel with Direct Drive technology. The CNC Siemens 840D sl manages 15 axes that operate the machine with Full Electric Technology, ensuring maximum precision during the bending phase. Equipped with latest generation absolute servomotors with integrated feedback and diagnostics, this massive tube bending machine has a vertical excursion of 950mm that allows it to accommodate several levels of tools. Rigidity and precision make it able to bend very thick tubes (6”/8” sch.80). Despite its large size, the 225HE presents extremely reduced energy consumption due to use of the “Green Power” philosophy and Full Electric Technology in its components. Its ergonomic configuration guarantees maximum comfort for the operator as he carries out his work. The machine has a three-dimensional graphics software on a 19” LCD Touch screen, from which the operator can program the machine intuitively. The UII (User Iso Interface) also allows the operator to simulate and optimise bending programs. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
