CNC tube bending machine with full automatic cycle The new BASIC 42.1 is a CNC tube bending machines offer multiple, fully automatic bending cycles. The small size of the bending head allows the creation of close shapes, in a single cycle, even for tubes that normally require two-way bending. This provides significant gains in productivity and accuracy. The BASIC 42.1, thanks to its single-stack configuration, can be quickly reconfigured to bend with different radii, ensuring reduced set-up times and extremely fast production changes without adjustments. The high rigidity of the mechanical parts, especially the structure, allows for maximum precision and repeatability as well as high production speed. His head is designed to be manually transformable for either clockwise or counterclockwise bending and the bending direction can be manually changed by the operator. The three axes that govern the movements of the machine are driven by digital electric motors with "Elect Motion" technology and managed by CNC Siemens 840 Dsl. The high production speed, the possibility of being implemented with a wide range of accessories and special devices and the ability to push with variable bends, make these machines particularly versatile and suitable for use in various production sectors. Each machine is equipped with three-dimensional graphic software on a 19" LCD Touch screen, through which the operator can communicate with the machine in an intuitive manner. The UII "User Iso Interface" facilitates programming and makes it possible to simulate and optimise bending programs.
