THE TUBE BENDING MACHINE THAT SIMPLIFIES YOUR PRODUCTION The R42E is a full electric tube bending machine with a fully automatic cycle with a double bending direction to create, in a single cycle, even those tubes that would require re-machining operations.

The main features of this model are: High personalization and flexibility of the loading and unloading systems, which can be programmed according to production needs. Reduced machine maintenance due to lubrification-free direct-drive bending head. A reduction of components results in greater rigidity while increasing precision and repeatability. Possibility of using multiple tools simultaneously with different radio and different counterbond clamps. Extreme flexibility and absolute control of each movement which assures high quality and precision bends, very short set-up and scrap times. Possibility of integration directly on board the machine devices for additional operations (punching, knurling, drilling, marking). Very high rigidity of each mechanical element, particularly the structure, which allow maximum precision and repeatability. New Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control model which defines new standards in processing speed, allowing PLC cycle times up to 10 times faster than its predecessor.

The machine can also bend tubes with Rm/Ø ratio even lower than 0,8 and it is equipped with the UII (User Iso Interface) software. This software allows the user to easily program the machine to create bends with variable radius. In addition, the machine is equipped with a touch screen control panel and can be connected to a network for remote monitoring and control.
